    A major Quebec company in the food industry is looking for an e-commerce coordinator (junior).

    Responsibilities

    • Product updates on the web
    • Product classification
    • Writing short descriptive sentences
    • Catalog enrichment: web content and photos
    Qualifications
    Manage the workflow and processing of bi-weekly/semi-annual payroll in multiple states.
    o Fully audit and reconcile payroll records in Workday, ADP, Paylocity and Paychex,
    validate accuracy and completeness of data prior to transmission.
    o Experience preparing federal, state and local payroll tax returns.
    o Research and prepare responses to payroll tax correspondence received from tax authorities.
