Reporting to the Regional Director, Project Portfolio Management, the Lead—Regional Quality Processes is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of initiatives or projects that are determined to be critical regional quality improvement priorities.
The Lead has two broad areas of focus: 1) working with senior leaders within the organization to align and clarify quality improvement processes and supports to optimize the ability for implementation of regional quality improvement priorities, . clinical program goals, departmental priorities for standardization, and 2) providing quality/process leadership for a small number of highly important and highly visible improvement initiatives.Starting salary will be approximately from $88,990 to $111,237 and will be based on education, training, experience, and salaries of similar positions.
