    Description
    Accounts Receivable Specialist
    QMS has a requirement for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist with their well-known Utilities client downtown. Your role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing financial statements, treasury reports, and cost analysis.

    Process payments for invoices related to goods and services.

    • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
    • Validate and obtain documents for accurate data management.
    • Perform daily bank reconciliations with close coordination among bank, finance, and treasury teams.
    • At least two years of experience in financial or accounts receivable operations (experience in customercentric environments preferred).
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Advanced Excel skills.
    • Prior experience using SAP is helpful.
    • Experience with various accounting software and accounts receivable in regulated industries is advantageous.
