    Description
    LeverageTek is actively seeking a Part Time Bilingual Agile Coach for a 2-3-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

    Work Location

    The successful candidate will be required to work 1x/week on-site at the customer headquarters in Ottawa, ON.

    Language Requirements

    Bilingual in French and English essential.

    Key Tasks

    • To help, support and facilitate the agile practices, provide training, and ensure effective implementation of agile methodologies
    • Proficient in executing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methods on multiple teams
    • Help teams selforganize and collaborate effectively
    • Teach and mentor teams on Agile best practices (Scrum Masters, Kanban Leads, and Product Owners)
    • Determine appropriate metrics for standard measurement
    • Enable change in working ways and implements systems thinking to uncover problems
    • Help team members navigate challenges and adopt the agile mindset
    Key Qualifications

    • Expertise in executing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile methods on multiple teams
    • Able to teach and mentor teams on Agile best practices (Scrum Masters, Kanban Leads, and Product Owners)
    • Able to help team members navigate challenges and adopt the agile mindset
    Qualifications

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT project management and project implementation processes
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Strong team leadership skills
