    Job Description:


    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Payroll Coordinator for Retail and Consumer Goods to join our team in Toronto.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll process for our retail and consumer goods clients.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for retail and consumer goods clients in a timely and accurate manner
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
    • Maintain payroll records and prepare reports
    • Respond to inquiries from employees and managers regarding payroll issues
    • Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare journal entries
    • Assist with the preparation of year-end tax forms
    • Assist with the preparation of payroll budgets

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in payroll processing
    • Knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
