- 8+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer and Developer
- Working experience designing and developing learning solutions on an Agile Team - 8 years
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop in iterations
- Advanced design skills in creating high quality, fully accessible learning deliverables in all
- Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex,
- Advanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) experience
- 8 years finance/Banking industry experience
- Skills developing eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of products
- Skills developing videos using a variety of products (Adobe suite, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.) - 1 year
- Experience creating learning content supporting the nCino system
- Working experience writing and updating stories (work) JIRA
