    Description

    Our large corporate client is looking for a Front Desk Reception for 4-5 weeks to start with the potential to convert into a permanent role. This is a 100% on site role with reception duties required from 730-4pm at their brand new head office in Mount Pleasant. Ideal start date is MAY 6th.

    You will be welcoming guests, answering phones, and ensuring office and kitchen is stocked. The ideal candidate is a friendly and customer service oriented individual who will be the first point of contact for visitors, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You need to have exceptional attention to detail and be a team player. You will also be assigned other duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound calls and mail, administrative work, and general office and clerical support).

    Responsibilities

    • Answer and direct phone calls
    • Distribute mail
    • Act as first point of contact for visitors and be a warm welcome to all
    • Maintain room and desk schedules/inquiries
    • Keep office and kitchen stocked
    Qualifications
    • Administrative and customer service experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Available to start May 6th, 2024
