- Manage Email inbox including Request for quotes and redirecting unrelated requests to the proper contact.
- Prepare and enter new bids into project management software
- Updates all addendums and changes in scope from our client
- Proficient with One Drive, Dropbox, Procore
- Collects and digitally files all documents and communication for sales to quote customers accurately and efficiently
- Communicates (written and oral) with all levels of management, sales, and customers
- Redirect requests unrelated to tenders/bids/RFQs
- Other duties as assigned including special projects
- High School diploma and 1+ years of experience in administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PDF readers
- Ability to take direction
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities and interruptions while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Partner Staffing is currently working with our client to find a Sales Support Administrator based out of their Calgary, Alberta office. The ideal candidate needs to have a keen eye for detail, the ability to work on repetitive functions, check for omissions, inconsistencies, or addendums, and ensure that the bid follows the client's specifications and guidelines. The Administrator is the first point of contact for many of the customers and must ensure requests are entered in an accurate and timely manner.
