    KEY ROLE:

    As an Account Manager specializing in equipment financing sales, your pivotal role at Jocova Financial will be instrumental in shaping our corporate culture, driving sustainable growth, and enhancing profitability. Your primary objective is to strategically expand our reach and influence within the Ontario Territory by establishing and nurturing dealer relationships, and expertly managing existing dealer and customer partnerships you have.

    • Relationship Building : Establish, maintain, and nurture business and dealer relationships in the designated Ontario Territory.
    • Financial Communication : Effectively communicate financial information and numerical data to facilitate seamless transactions and equipment purchases.
    • Legal Documentation : Skillfully present and manage the necessary legal documentation, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all transactions.
    • Volume Enhancement : Drive substantial growth in sales volumes within the assigned territory, leveraging market insights and opportunities.
    • Goal Achievement : Consistently meet and surpass annual portfolio growth targets, demonstrating your dedication to success.
    • Service Excellence : Strive to exceed service standards for both Dealers and Customers, ensuring their utmost satisfaction.

    DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

    • Proven Sales Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment financing/leasing or related commission-based sales roles, showcasing a strong track record in sales and relationship building.
    • Sales Proficiency : Demonstrated expertise in general sales procedures, including effective presentations, efficient sales cycles, lead generation and follow-up, account management and maintenance, and precise sales communication.
    • CRM Mastery : Proficiency in working with CRM systems, with an ability to quickly adapt to new systems and procedures.
    • Educational Background : A College or University degree in a related field is preferred, underscoring your commitment to knowledge and excellence.
    • Business Origination : A track record of successfully originating new business with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing valuable relationships.
    • Time Management : Capable of effectively managing priorities and workflow while adeptly coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously, showcasing exceptional organizational skills.
    • Goal-Driven : A results-oriented, high-achieving professional with strong social skills that empower success in a sales-oriented role.
