    We are seeking a highly dependable and experienced individual to work in the role of Accounting Administrator in our firm's growing Finance Team.

    This is a permanent, full-time position that is available immediately.
    A successful candidate is adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic office environment. Head office is in the next room"
    The preparation of monthly reconciliations, including direct bill and bank reconciliations
    Contributing in the development and implementation of new processes
    Supporting the finance team with various projects as assigned
    Post-secondary education with a focus in accounting or other equivalent training/career experience
    ~Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook & Word) and PDF software is required
    ~ Experience working with Applied Epic (insurance broker management software) would be considered an asset, but not required
