    Junior Sales Manager für Business Software (m/w/d)
    Wir stellen uns kurz vor
    Wir bei Hubdrive entwickeln die weltweit führende Microsoft Personalsoftware. Tag für Tag nutzen Menschen in 36 Ländern unsere Software HR for Dynamics – in Europa, Nordamerika und überall sonst auf der Welt. Genauso international ist auch unser Team.
    Wir sind eine Mischung aus Silicon Valley und deutschem Mittelstand sind – technologisch ganz vorne dran und in puncto Struktur ziemlich ausgefeilt. Jedes Jahr wachsen wir über 40 Prozent. Daher brauchen wir dich.
    Deine Rolle im Vertrieb
    Mit unserer Software sparen Firmen in ihrer HR-Verwaltung jedes Jahr hunderte Stunden an Aufwand und für die Mitarbeiter gibt es mehr Komfort und Sicherheit bei der täglichen Arbeit.
    Dein Part dabei: Du begeisterst Interessenten und gewinnst diese für unsere innovative HR Lösung (Ein spektakulärer Job und der spannendste, den wir zu bieten haben, findet die Texterin dieser Anzeige).
    Porsche, der WWF, die Lufthansa Star Alliance, das deutsche rote Kreuz oder die Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz haben deine neuen Kollegen bereits gewonnen. Es gibt aber noch tausende spannende Firmen zu gewinnen.

    Wie läuft es konkret ab? Es beginnt mit Interessenten, die sich bei uns gemeldet haben und dir vom Marketing zugewiesen wurden. Es gibt bei uns keine Kaltakquise
    Du meldest dich umgehend bei den Interessenten und zeigt Ihnen den Nutzen auf, den sie mit unserer innovative HR-Lösung erreichen können.
    In Microsoft Teams präsentierst du online mit viel Leidenschaft unserer innovative Softwarelösung in der von dir betreuten Region (DACH, Europa oder Nordamerika)
    Wir haben viele Alleinstellungsmerkmale, die du natürlich nicht für dich behältst. Wir nennen das Easy-selling.
    Anschließend beantwortest du alle aufkommenden Fragen. Keine Angst, für alles unbekannte gibt es ein internes Team, die dem Kunden komplizierte Fragen beantworten. Du bist manchmal Moderator und manchmal Experte.
    Wenn es schwieriger wird, dann kannst du auch unsere Vertriebspartner von der Deutschen Telekom Business Solutions, Ernst & Young oder viele andere Partnern einbinden.
    Auch das weltweite Sales-Teams von Microsoft unterstützt dich gene. Wir ziehen alle an einem Strang.
    Viele Kunden werden sich für dich und dein Angebot entscheiden. Du vermerkst den Auftrag und damit ist die Sache rund.
    Du hast noch keine Erfahrung im Vertrieb
    Sales interessieren dich brennend, du hast aber noch keine oder wenig Erfahrung in diesem Umfeld? Kein Problem, bewirb dich trotzdem. Wir haben eine Lösung.
    In der Hubdrive Academy ergänzen wir Wissenslücken und du sammelst durch Training on the Job die notwendige Erfahrung.
