    As a Supervisor , Real Estate Practice Support Services in the Real Estate Division , you will report directly to the Vice President, Commercial Operations and provide exceptional operational leadership for the Service and Support Team.

    We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a strong attention to detail to join our Burnaby Still Creek location in a Regular Full-Time position.

    Provide day to day support to the team to achieve their highest performance potential and deliver excellence in client experience
    Ensure all Hub Service guidelines are met
    Assist with developing and implementation of consistent practices and workflows for the team to meet business needs and create efficiencies
    Work with the Team Leads to continuously improve the training program based on feedback
    Participate in the Quality review process by completing reviews, sharing feedback with the team and identifying trends
    Collaborate with business partners in Production, Claims and Underwriting
    Maintain oversight of processing, activities management and Account Receivable support
    Continue professional development and learning to enhance technical skills, soft skills and insurance knowledge
    Schedule monthly check-ins and annual year-end reviews with individual team members to discuss performance and professional goals
    Asset experience that will make you stand out:
    Level 2 license
    Commercial or Real Estate Insurance experience
