    Description
    Lead change and influence strategy with a team that thrives on innovation and constantly pushes boundaries. As an Account Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and growth for our clients.

    You'll build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage a team of creatives and deliver digital products that exceed expectations.

    The ideal candidate will have experience with marketing SaaS and startup technology brands and a proven track record of measurable marketing impact.

    Responsibilities
    Account and Project Management (70%)
    Act as the main point of contact on content and performance marketing accounts, collaborate with the team as well as clients to deliver project scopes on time and on budget
    Run weekly client meetings, prep agendas, update the PM tool, brief team members
    Host marketing workshops and clearly communicate learnings insights and next steps to all stakeholders
    Constantly keep clients and team up to date with project budgets and timelines
    Identify and solve roadblocks and clients through problem-solving and consultation
    Responsible for internal task coordination and communication of project status to the leadership team
    Manage a team of freelance designers, copywriters, and other creatives, providing creative briefs, feedback and guidance to help them develop their skills and produce high-quality work
    Identify talent/skill gaps and work with the People Ops Manager to develop ideal freelancer profiles aligning with projects
    Lead, develop and present additional services after each project (website into marketing, workshop into website, etc).
    Grow accounts by 10% Year over Year and focus on client retention
    Manage budgets of accounts and hit 30% profit targets
    Present monthly marketing reports to clients

    Marketing Strategy (30%)
    Collaborate with the internal team to create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, paid marketing, and email to drive customer acquisition
    Propose new and improved inbound and outbound marketing campaign ideas
    Ensure all creative is aligned to client's brand standards, from web to paid to social
    Oversee the development of creative assets and ensure it aligns with the marketing strategy

    Wordpress, HeyOrca, SEMrush, AHREFs, Hubspot, Marketo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign
    What You Bring
    ~ Marketing or Business education
    ~3+ years experience preferably in an agency setting
    ~ Project Management experience is a must
    ~ Foundation understanding of inbound and outbound marketing (execution experience is a plus)
    ~ Entrepreneurial with a self-starter attitude, great organizational and communication skills, and the ability to navigate difficult situations with a level head
    ~ Experience using:
    PM Tools, Slack, Email, GoogleMeet, Google Analytics, GoogleSuite
    ~ Also a plus:
    Wordpress, Data Studio, social publishing tools, SEMrush, AHREFs, Hubspot, Marketo, Drip, Mailchimp, Drift, Figma, Shopify
