    Job Description:

    Position: Customer Relationship Manager
    Location: Kitchener, Canada.
    Reports To: Krishna kumar - Director.

    Experience : 3 - 4 years.

    Work Type : Part time

    Job Summary:

    As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining positive relationships with our company's customers. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing exceptional service. You will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, aiming to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Customer Engagement:
    • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
    • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
    • Communicate with customers through various channels, including email, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

    2. Needs Assessment:

    • Understand the specific needs and requirements of each customer.
    • Conduct thorough assessments to identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services.

    3. Problem Resolution:

    • Address and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer concerns are addressed promptly.

    4. Product/Service Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information to customers.
    • Keep customers informed about new offerings and updates.

    5. Customer Feedback:

    • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
    • Use feedback to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction.

    6. Customer Training:

    • Provide training and guidance to customers on using our products or services effectively.
    • Offer solutions to maximize the value customers receive from our offerings.

    7. Sales Support:

    • Assist the sales team in identifying potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the sales department to drive revenue growth through existing clients.

    Record Keeping:

    • Maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and communication history in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports on customer satisfaction, feedback, and sales opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or a related role.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and tools.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
    • Understanding of the industry and the company's products or services.
    • Sales experience is a plus.
