    Description

    CTRs Catholic Education Centre serves multiple stakeholders; it reports to the Board, the Government, the Diocese, its schools, and families. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work as a part of our office team at the Catholic Education Centre who is a problem solver, a forward thinker, and a dynamic individual with a flexible nature who will help us to meet our many responsibilities now and in the future. This is a full-time, continuous year-round position.

    Daily tasks will require a variety of skillsets and responsibilities including but not limited to:

    organization of department and divisional events;

    general office duties and routines including document preparation, database management, webpage updates, distribution list management; ordering supplies, and preparing data for analysis;

    collaborate as a team member to support common goals;

    provide assistance to other departments as required.

    The successful candidate will possess a high level of computer literacy including advanced Microsoft Office skills. Our Administrative Assistant will be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities in a professional manner. CTR uses MS Office Suite, Power School and Atrieve ERP, and familiarity with these programs is beneficial. Prior experience in an administrative position, or a school setting will be considered assets.
