    Description

    Under the general direction of the Senior Manager, Human Resources, this position is responsible for the delivery of effective Human Resources Management practices and for the overall management of established company-wide human resources/talent management programs.

    Ensures adherence to the Company's policies and procedures, motivates and leads by example and supports Great Canadian's learning environment while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members.

    Provides leadership, direction, mentoring, performance objectives and delivery of performance evaluations for the HR team and implements HR strategic plans as directed
    # Provides HR advice and support to managers and team members
    # Manages programs such as OH&S, recruitment, attendance, on-site orientations, etc.
    # Assists with training implementations and deliveries
    # Senior Management, Management, and team members
    # Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
    # post-secondary education in HR or a suitable combination of education and experience. HR Designation an asset. Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources; Computer literacy in MS Office and JDE; HRIS experience an asset. Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
