- Generate and disseminate accurate monthly financial reports for various corporate entities.
- Investigate and address compliance issues related to technical accounting matters.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements at the local, state, and federal levels, including tax filings.
- Establish and document operational procedures and accounting protocols to reinforce internal controls.
- Supervise fixed asset records, oversee acquisitions and disposals, and calculate gains/losses from disposals.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of inter-company transactions on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Collaborate with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Reconciliation, and Leasing teams.
- Liaise with banks to address ad hoc inquiries and comprehend reporting prerequisites.
- Advanced academic qualification in accounting
- Proficiency in SAP B1 software
- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and methodologies
- Familiarity with general ledger operations and the procedures for month-end/year-end closures
- Proficient user and administrator of accounting software
