We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients by actively listening to their needs, offering empathetic support, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Coordinate client appointments, consultations, and meetings with attorneys, ensuring optimal scheduling and efficient use of resources.Provide accurate information about our legal services, practice areas, and processes to clients, guiding them through the initial stages of their interaction with our firm.
Record client interactions, inquiries, and relevant details in our CRM system accurately and comprehensively, maintaining detailed and organized records.Proactively follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met, addressing any outstanding issues or concerns and providing timely updates on the status of their inquiries or cases.
Qualifications:
Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, think critically, and find effective solutions to client inquiries or concerns.
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in recording and documenting client information and interactions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Basic understanding of legal terminology, processes, and procedures is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
