    Location: Vancouver, CA

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday

    Salary: $3,600 - $3,950 per month

    Call Center Representative Overview: As a Call Center Representative at Seronda Networks, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
    Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
    • Provide accurate information about our products and services.
    • Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
    • Document customer interactions and update records in our database.
    • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
    • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
    • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
