- 3-5 years of relevant sales or operations experience, preferably in the automatic or pedestrian entrance industry. Experience in Security, HVAC or plumbing is also of high interest

- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Residency within Metro Ottawa, ON or Gatineau, QC.
- Valid provincial driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Competency in both English and French is highly advantageous.

We are seeking a strategic and self-motivated Sales Engineer to join our team in Ottawa. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with experience in construction or building products sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new business and managing existing accounts in the commercial construction, institutional, healthcare, hospitality, and retail sectors.
In this role, you will cultivate relationships with facility managers, general construction project managers, and other decision-makers to secure and expand business opportunities. Your tasks will include identifying leads, conducting regular client visits, and staying abreast of market trends to meet and exceed established revenue goals.
You will also participate in industry and customer-sponsored events to build relationships and enhance brand visibility. This position requires a thorough knowledge of product types, pricing structures, and technical resources to ensure client satisfaction and compliance with government regulations and building codes.
