Description

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to join our client's fast-paced, energetic organization. This position is a full-time role and will be based out of our client's Emerald Park office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support to the President and Emerald Park Corporate office.

Responsibilities

Managing the day-to-day administrative aspects of the President's office.
Providing support to other senior management staff.
Coordinating & prioritizing communications.
Preparing and editing a variety of correspondence, documents & materials.
Participation in the arrangement of meetings, events, and travel itineraries.
Maintaining organized paper & electronic document filing systems.
Liaising with all levels of management and staff.
Perform related work as required.

Requirements

Post secondary education in Administration or a related field is an asset; an equivalent combination of education & experience may be considered
Confident and knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft 365 and other computer technology.
5+ years of related experience is preferred.
High propensity for details.
Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
Extreme level of confidentiality, and high degree of discretion.
Valid Class 5 driver's license is mandatory.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Some travel may be required.
