    What's the Deal? RBC Family Office Services (FOS) needs experienced Business Owner Specialists to join the team. As part of HNW Planning Services team, you'll work with a diverse group of highly accredited lawyers, accountants, and business valuation experts. Your job as a Business Owner Specialist is to provide tailored advice on tax, estate, business succession planning, and overall wealth planning to RBC's high-net-worth business owner clients.

    What You'll Be Up To:
    • Conduct in-depth client information gathering to understand family and business circumstances.
    • Review the current situation, considering short- and long-term goals, and develop strategies for family and business wealth and legacy plans.
    • Offer objective planning advice to address wealth planning gaps and risks.
    • Ensure effective delivery of business owner planning, tax, succession, estate, and philanthropic planning.
    • Collaborate with other planning specialists and build referral networks.
    • Create customized summaries of strategies for clients' advisors.

    What You Need to Shine:
    • University degree with CPA, LL.B, JD, or CBV designation.
    • 12+ years in individual and corporate tax, estate planning, and business succession planning.
    • Proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of private wealth management strategies.
