    OUR COMPANY
    Our head office and warehouse is located in Calgary, AB.

    We manufacture and sell aluminum trim systems for lap siding, fiber cement panel and aluminum composite materials (ACM), primarily in the United States and Canada.

    Our products are cutting edge technology and highly innovative. With many patents in place or pending, Our Company has laid the path for our bright future. To support our growth we have an opportunity for an energetic, passionate, pro-active Order Desk Associate to join our Team


    You will work from our Head Quarters in Calgary SE, you will be a member of our LEAN Operations Team.

    Your primary job is to run the Order Desk, communicate with our customers, be our customer service, contribute to inventory management and support all levels in our Operations Department, helping our business grow and gain valuable experience in a thriving innovative business.


    FOCUS
    Responds to customer inquiries, provides quotes and takes customer orders via telephone or email
    Orders items to ensure appropriate inventory levels are maintained through Bistrack ERP
    Negotiate sale price within certain parameters
    Proactively generates sales by actively promoting products to existing customers
    Expedites back orders when required
    Minimizes freight cost by determining the most cost-effective method to fulfill customer orders
    Routinely interacts with customers to obtain and fulfill orders correctly
    Follow-up with clients on previously quoted proposal
    Handle product returns when required / management re-stocking requests
    Maintain relationships with customers, team up with members of the Sales Team
    Contribute to managing inventory
    Track daily and report PO activity
    Support the implementation and roll out of our new ERP system Bistrack by Epicor
    Assist customers by troubleshooting via telephone or email to identify correct products required


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Ability to multi-task and time management skills required
    Moderate computer skills, including information processing, communicating internally and externally via email, using business ERP systems and good experience working with Excel and Office
    4 year Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution (preferably in Business) is an asset
    High School Diploma or the equivalent education
    Minimum 2 years of order desk customer service experience is preferred

    You are organized, reliable, a multi tasker with passion and a strong communicator.

    You have a proven track record in Customer Service and you're able to work under pressure and dead lines to help place Purchase Orders, confirm back to customers with Sales Orders and handle our daily ERP Bistrack by Epicor activities.
