    Develop and implement the overall sales strategy in Eastern Canada to achieve growth objectives

    • Build and manage a strong direct sales team, providing coaching and feedback
    • Prepare and deliver reports on sales forecasts, performance, and other relevant metrics
    University/Bachelor's degree or DEC

    • 7+ years of sales experience
    • 2 years of management experience overseeing a sales team
    • Experience with dental or medical device sales management preferred
    Experience selling/managing small or capital equipment products

    • Track record of success in negotiating and contracting with key customers and distributors
    • Strong data analytics skills and proficiency in CRM and MS-Office applications
