    Sunrise Farms is a group of companies with primary focus in the poultry industry.

    From our hatcheries to our "ready to eat" state of the art cooking facilities we service customers in the retail, food service and industrial sectors.

    Our test kitchens have the most current cooking equipment replicating that used in commercial establishments, to facilitate precision testing. We are proud of our long-standing partnerships with family-owned Canadian chicken farmers to produce high quality products.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRIS Specialist to join our dynamic HR team for a term of 12 months, full time.

    The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting in project management, system integration, data ownership, and maintenance activities, ensuring the seamless operation of our HR Information System (HRIS) and related processes.

    Oversee the integration of HRIS with other systems, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across platforms.

    • Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to streamline data flow and system interoperability.

    Project Coordination:

    • Lead and manage HRIS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and project objectives.

    Data Ownership and Governance:

    • Establish and enforce data ownership policies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    • Implement and maintain data governance practices to enhance data quality and compliance.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure adherence to best practices.
    Conduct regular audits and assessments of HRIS data to identify and resolve discrepancies.

    User Training and Support:

    • Provide training to end-users on HRIS functionality, data entry, and report generation.
    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in HRIS project management, system integration, and data governance.
    • Certification in project management, change management, business analysis or HRIS-related fields is a plus.
