    Greentank designs, develops, and manufactures the world's best vaporization hardware, engineered specifically for the cannabis and e-liquids industries.

    Every member of our team shares a passion for creating the world's most reliable, high-performance vape hardware. The Logistics Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the logistical operations of the company. Responsibilities include facilitating inventory fulfillment processes and managing the handling, dispatch, and receipt of samples across various departments.
    Coordinate and monitor Logistics operations for sample, order, and inventory
    Generating shipping labels and coordinating with couriers; utilize logistics tools including UPS/DHL/Canada Post etc.
    Coordinate with a sales team and project coordinator to arrange shipping for samples
    Maintaining in-office inventory
    Working towards post-secondary degree/diploma in business administration, commerce, economics, logistics and transportation, supply chain management, or equivalent combination of education & experience
    One (1) to three (3) years in a professional environment, logistics or supply chain experience considered an asset
    Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite required
    Excellent understanding of logistics and shipping concepts is an asset
    Proficiency with UPS/DHL/FedEx software and websites is an asset
    Experience with ERP systems (Netsuite) is an asset
