About the Opportunity:
As part of our mentorship and succession planning at Compass, this is an invitation for internal CELC educators to apply for the role of a pedagogical partner within their program. If you aspire to take on a role as a pedagogical leader in the organization, then this may be something that piques your interest. While this role does not come with additional compensation or planned time out of the classroom, the goal would be to engage in more intentional mentoring alongside the program's pedagogical leader, at times when the program allows. In addition, should the program's pedagogical leader be absent for long stretches of time, the pedagogical partner would support the program.
As a pedagogical partner you may help support the responsibilities and accountabilities of the pedagogical Lead.
