    Description

    Are you passionate about shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering value that resonates with customers and drives business success? We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join us at Thinkific.

    As a Senior Product Manager, you'll be accountable for ensuring your portion of the product portfolio delivers value to our customers and supports the business objectives of Thinkific.

    You will provide ongoing thought leadership and set strategic direction in one or more product areas.

    Engage customers and Thinkific team members to gather insights on customer and market needs to inform and shape your direction
    Work closely with Design and Engineering to ship solutions that drive customer value
    Analyze, retrospect, and learn from your work, framing up new opportunities and celebrating wins Use our successes and failures to continually improve the practice of Product Management at Thinkific

    Has 8+ years of experience in a software product management role (SaaS preferred)
    Is curious, analytical, and data-driven. You turn data into insights and channel many sources of information into a well-formed objective and strategy
    Is customer-obsessed with a proven history of working with customers, getting into the details, and able to prioritize and ship products successfully in a fast-paced environment
    Has experience working in an agile development environment. You understand and participate in Agile ceremonies
    Is detail oriented, flexible, and thrives in change and ambiguity. They've found (and keep looking for) ways to level up their skills in this field, whether that's through formal education, gaining professional experience, or maybe even building their own business

    The recruitment compensation range for this role is $148,000 - $184,000 CAD
