    Job Description:
    beBee Professionals is looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team in Edmonton, AB. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events for our clients. This includes researching venues, negotiating contracts, coordinating vendors, and managing budgets. The Event Coordinator will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in event planning and coordination
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Knowledge of event planning software
    • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
