    Vous êtes reconnu pour vos connaissances et votre compréhension de la gamme complète de produits et services en assurance collective, votre esprit d'analyse, votre créativité ainsi que vos habiletés relationnelles? Rejoignez l'équipe « Expertise produits et gestion de l'offre en assurance collective » en tant que Responsable de produit – Présence au travail et mieux-être.

    Dans ce rôle, vous prendrez en charge, la gestion du portefeuille de produits et services lié à l'assurance invalidité et aux diverses solutions en santé et mieux-être, incluant le programme d'aide aux employés (PAE), la télémédecine et d'autres solutions à caractère innovant. Vous participerez aux activités reliées à la gestion de l'offre et en assurerez la coordination. Vous contribuerez également à maintenir à jour l'offre de produits et services existante de même qu'à développer de nouveaux produits et services, le tout en mode hybride.

    Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes :

  • Analyser la performance de la gamme de produits et services existants en s'assurant de l'adéquation entre les besoins des clients, les tendances du marché, la saine gestion du risque et les orientations stratégiques de Beneva
  • Élaborer des solutions novatrices pour compléter l'offre ainsi que des améliorations aux produits et services existants en fonction des analyses de performance réalisées
  • Assurer le leadership du développement et d'amélioration des produits et services et de leurs processus d'affaires en orientant les équipes collaboratrices dans les différentes phases de réalisation : conception, développement, mise en œuvre et déploiement
  • Prendre en charge le montage des cahiers des charges, conjointement avec la direction Approvisionnement, lors de processus d'appel d'offres requis pour l'impartition d'un service à un fournisseur externe.
  • Déterminer les critères de sélection d'un fournisseur et négocier les ententes auprès du partenaire retenu tout en s'assurant d'encadrer la rédaction de l'entente entre les parties
  • Orienter les stratégies de commercialisation et de communication de la gamme de produits qui lui est assignée
  • Représenter Beneva aux divers comités de l'industrie (communauté de pratique de l'ACCAP, conférence LIMRA, colloque des réassureurs, etc...) à titre d'expert et de représentant de l'offre pour son domaine d'expertise.

    • Vos talents et qualifications :

  • Baccalauréat en actuariat, en administration ou l'équivalent
  • 7 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'assurance collective
  • Détenir le titre de FLMI ou d'associé de la SOA
  • Maitriser la langue française, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, ainsi qu'une maitrise intermédiaire de la langue anglaise, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches ou d'interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.
