We are seeking a hands-on professional to actively engage in a range of key responsibilities related to network and cloud infrastructure.

This role involves overseeing and actively engaging with various critical facets of IT management, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a secure, efficient, and resilient infrastructure for Retalon.

Managing Network Operations
Handling Office 365 and User Management
Managing Customers, Servers, and Databases
Diligent adherence to all procedures outlined in SOC controls
Demonstrated accountability concerning security measures, business continuity, and safeguarding customer data
Continuous vigilance regarding emerging trends, software updates, tools, and patches essential for sustaining a robust infrastructure
