    Autodesk is seeking an experienced Senior Software Development Manager (Graphics) to lead the Autodesk Graphics Platform (AGP) team in Toronto, Canada.

    As a Senior Software Development Manage for the AGP team you will:
    The AGP team provides Autodesk subscribers with the rich visualizations and interactions required by computer-aided design, engineering, and video production work
    Work directly with customers, Autodesk product engineering teams, and graphics industry leaders worldwide to achieve industry-leading graphics fidelity and performance
    Nurture talent, develop and advocate for best practices, foster collaboration, and provide guidance and mentoring to a high-performing team that delivers quality solutions to Autodesk subscribers
    Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions
    Manage a team of software developers, setting goals, assigning tasks, and providing feedback
    Assess, communicate, and help mitigate delivery risks
    BS or higher in software engineering or related field
    ~5+ experience working through large system software release cycle
    ~ Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
