    A member of our Talent Acquisition team reviews ALL of our applications - yes a real person reviews resumes As a Project Manager in Learning Services , you will play a critical role supporting the Custom Development S ervices project team by planning, executing, and overseeing the successful completion of various software development projects for our clients .

    You will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing timelines, maintaining project documents, and ensuring that project goals and objectives are achieved .

    The P roject M anager will collaborate with all stakeholders including the project delivery team, cross-f unctional teams, and clients to streamline communication , foster positive working relationships, and ensure all parties are aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

    Develop comprehensive project plans, including details on project scope, objectives, deliverables, and prepare timelines, communication plans, and resourcing.
    Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
    Support the project teams collaborate with client stakeholders to identify project requirements and establish clear project goals.
    Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
    Spearhead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
    Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
    Proactively address issues and obstacles that may arise during project execution to minimize disruptions and ensure timely delivery.
    Regularly communicate project status, progress, and updates to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
    Monitor project budgets and proactively mitigate trending project overages.
    Report monthly to leadership on finance on project metrics.
    Prepare project reports, status updates, and documentation to keep stakeholders informed.
    Maintain accurate project records, including documentation of decisions, changes, and approvals.
    Assist with various special projects for stakeholders as required.
    Attention to detail and commitment to see projects through to the end
    Motivate andinspire project team to put forth their best effort
    Develop and foster professional relationships with the project team and stakeholders
    Maintain a high level of emotional intelligence
    Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies
    Effective time management and prioritization
    Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
    5+ years of experience in a software development environment is highly beneficial.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    Advanced Microsoft program skills, including knowledge of Pivot Tables and PowerPoint.
    Advanced Jira skills including task management, collaboration and agile project management
    Experience working in Salesforce, OpenAir, and PowerBI are considered an asset

    The annualized base salary offered is determined by each candidate's relevant knowledge, skills, education, training and experience. It is aligned to ensure both internal and external competitiveness using market data for the geographic location and industry. 75,500 — $99,750 CAD
