    Job Opportunity:

    We are looking for Junior, Intermediate and Senior Machine Builders to use output from the Design & Machining departments, together with purchased parts, to build custom automation equipment.

    What you'll do:

    Works cooperatively with customers, fellow employees, contractors, and management.
    Communicates with management, and fellow staff, any project concerns, project status, and possible solutions.
    Completes all assigned tasks in a neat and timely fashion based on the accepted hours from the job quote.
    Understands Innovative Automation's scheduling and budget requirements and applies personal management skills to meet required time and material allowances.
    Studies and maintains blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts.
    Installs machined parts in mechanisms, machines, and equipment, and tests operation of unit to ensure functionality and performance.
    Ability to create and manufacture solutions and details to compliment the intended function of the equipment being assembled.
    Reviews machine function with electrical developer and mechanical design personnel associated with the project
    Complete service reports on a daily basis and return to management in a timely manner.
    Occasional travel as required, Globally

    What you'll need:

    Minimum Certificate of Qualification for a Precision Metals (General Machinist, Mould Maker or Tool and Die Making) OR Millwright.
    Minimum 2 years' automation experience
    Knowledge pneumatics and/or hydraulics.
    Ability to lift weights reaching 50lbs, carry weights reaching 40lbs, and push and pull weights reaching lbs.
