What You'll Do:
•Process received items for evaluation and pricing.
· Assign work to employees based on capabilities, priority, and delivery requirements.
•Interface with Customer Service and Sales to resolve issues and answer questions.
•Coordinateand monitordelivery schedules with customer service and sales.
•Coordinate component part / replacement unit needs with appropriate departments.
•Coordinate processes and employee activities to meet company measurables.
