    The SEM is not just a Technical Bid/Project manager, they are the driving force behind the Engineering organization. They provide leadership, direction, and support to ensure successful delivery of projects.

    • Direct and manage the Engineering team to meet program schedule, financial, and quality targets.

    Throughout the Bid and Project phases, the SEM plays a crucial role in managing engineering deliverables, technical milestones, and ensuring consistency with the endorsed technical solution.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Drive technical activities and manage milestones for bids.
    • Consolidate engineering estimates and manage inputs to the Bill of Quantity.
    • Identify and manage technical risks and opportunities.
    • Provide engineering leadership to deliver solutions to time, cost, and quality.
    • Define and implement Engineering Solution strategy for projects.
    • Oversee development of cost and time estimates for project activities.
    • Ensure compliance with technical requirements and standards.

    If you have 5+ years experience in System Level signaling project delivery, strong communication skills, and a degree in Engineering, this role is perfect for you!
