- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or related field. Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the construction industry with a focus on concrete technologies.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working effectively with diverse teams.
- Prior experience in construction, marketing, or sales within the concrete industry is desirable.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical information clearly.
