    Description

    Review plans and specifications, rectify location discrepancies, and coordinate site visitations
    # Source owner/architect budgets and conduct budget estimations based on square footage or historical data before bidding
    # Prepare the closing sheet and identify potential risks or opportunities
    # Capable of cut and fill take-offs, excavation backfill, site servicing, and formwork and concrete quantities and pricing
    Engineering degree or Construction Management degree, Technical College diploma, or an equivalent combination of technical training and related experience
    Essential experience in Construction Management and Design Build projects
    Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project)
