- Champion the delivery of exceptional customer experiences across all locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and guest satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and customer preferences to anticipate and respond to changing market demands.
- Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and retention, driving repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
- Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and financial targets in collaboration with the executive team.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take proactive measures to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth and expense optimization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute regional business plans and growth strategies.
- Identify market opportunities, expansion prospects, and competitive threats, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
- Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication channels within the regional team and across the organization, promoting transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
- Provide regular reports, updates, and insights to senior management on regional performance, key initiatives, and strategic priorities.
- Maintain a high level of competence and professionalism when representing Chatters at all times.
- Three to five years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Regional Director or in a similar multi-site management capacity, preferably in a retail or beauty environment.
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth, achieving revenue targets, and optimizing operational performance within the beauty or retail industry.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Strong background in strategic planning, execution, and change management, with the ability to lead organizational initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
- You know your way around a computer and you're comfortable learning new applications and systems.
- Familiarity with retail management systems, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other technology platforms used in the industry.
