    We are currently looking for a Service Manager to oversee the day-to-day control of our Vancouver location. In this role, you will lead a seasoned and qualified team to ensure successful performance of the day-to-day operational processes and project-related needs.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for delivery of service and maintenance to our clients across British Columbia
    • Integrate the general service team to deliver standardized and consistent service to our clients
    • Work with our Data and AV divisions to grow their respective service business within these divisions
    • Successfully manage field technicians to optimize ticket and service resolution for client base
    • Successfully manage the operation coordinators to provide best-in-class service
    • Work with sales team to establish service and maintenance agreements for our key clients
    • Deliver on all aspects of our service level agreements including field service technical support, preventative maintenance, emergency response and reporting
    • Develop reporting metrics from our service ticketing and financial accounting systems
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 3- 5 years in service leadership capacity supervising a technician workforce
    • Experience as a security technician (service preferred) is an asset
    • Certified in our product groups (Lenel, Genetec, DSC, Bosch, Avigilon) is an asset
    • Proficient in relevant software packages
    • Previous experience in security industry is preferred, experience from Sub-trades or IT managed services will be considered
    • Open availability with scheduling.
    • Proven financial knowledge and understanding of impacts within a service department.
    • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and work with multiple deadlines
