Nous combinons une expertise en services-conseils en matière de retraite et de placement pour aider les entreprises de partout dans le monde quant à la conception, à la gestion, à l'administration et à la communication de tous les types de régimes de retraite.

    Description du poste:

    • Répondre de manière professionnelle aux demandes et aux plaintes des clients reçues par téléphone ou par courriel, et s'assurer que les mesures appropriées sont prises, y compris effectuer un suivi
    • Effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour répondre aux questions posées par des participants et pour trouver des solutions aux problèmes soulevés à l'égard d'un régime
    • Maintenir des notes complètes et précises dans les dossiers
    • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres représentants du service à la clientèle et des représentants de clients
    • Exécuter des projets spéciaux au besoin
    • Communiquer de manière proactive
    • Participer aux réunions d'équipe et suivre les formations nécessaires
    • Lire et comprendre les documents du régime du client, les modifications apportées au régime, etc.
    • Se conformer aux procédures et aux lignes directrices
    • Être en mesure de poser aisément des questions au client de façon à l'inciter à répondre et ainsi créer une bonne relation d'affaires avec lui et établir un niveau d'aisance suffisamment fort pour gagner sa confiance
    • Être capable d'analyser et de résoudre des problèmes dans un environnement de travail qui évolue
    • Avoir un esprit de collaboration et une attitude positive envers les clients et les membres de l'équipe
    • Favoriser la résolution du premier appel tout en reconnaissant les enjeux à l'excellence du service et travailler à les éliminer
    • Maîtriser la capacité de priorisation et de gestion efficace du temps
    • Respecter l'horaire assigné incluant pendant les pauses, les appels entrants et sortants
    • Faire preuve d'une solide technique d'écoute, de questionnement et de contrôle des appels

    Les exigences:

    • Excellentes aptitudes pour communiquer de façon efficace, avec un souci marqué pour la qualité des services offerts à nos clients
    • Solides habilités mathématiques et informatiques
    • Expérience de travail dans le secteur des régimes de retraite à prestations déterminées
    • D'une à deux années d'expérience de travail en service à la clientèle
    • Capacité à s'exprimer très aisément en français et en anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
    • Connaissance de la suite Windows de Microsoft et de Microsoft Office (plus précisément les logiciels Excel, Word et Access)
    • Grand souci du détail
    • Facilité à comprendre des instructions orales et écrites, et à suivre ces instructions
    • Capacité à travailler en équipe
    • Doit avoir un environnement de bureau à domicile sécurisé qui est exempt de bruit de fond et de distractions
    • Connexion Internet fiable
