    This is a Full-time Permanent position.

    In this role, the Behavioural Case Manager in collaboration with their multi-disciplinary team will be responsible for delivering the behaviour components of in-home, evidence-based interventions and services to children and youth with autism.

    This role requires a strong leader who is able to effectively provide orientation, training, coaching, and mentorship of Aides and Interventionists working one-on-one with children.

    As a part of a multi-disciplinary team, provide a functional approach to behaviour assessment and treatment for children with a variety of ages, developmental levels, and in a variety of settings
    Conduct direct and indirect functional behavioural assessments in the home, school, and/or community
    Lead in the development, modeling, and implementation of skill acquisition and behaviour reduction program plans
    Regularly collect, graph, and review data with the clinical team and families for ongoing monitoring of program effectiveness (e.g. reinforcement schedules, prompting procedures, stimulus control, maintenance, generalization, etc.)
    Use Behavioural Skills Training (BST) to coach interventionists and caregivers (i.e. instruction, modelling, rehearsal, feedback)
    Work within the policy mandates of the provincial funder, Centre policies, family centered-care, and best practices
    Collaborate with community partners to support the generalization of goals across environments

    This individual will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in the field of autism or other developmental disabilities.

    The successful applicant must obtain a clear criminal record check, updated first aid training, and have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive in and around Calgary.
