- Handle internal and external customer services issues via phone and email, this may include contacting drivers directly for information
- Enter pickups
- Assist with OS&D
- Misc. office items such as filing, sorting mail, ordering office supplies, managing the calendar for the boardroom
- Greet and direct visitors accordingly
- Scanning paperwork
- Printing shipping labels
- Assisting with payroll for the driver group
- Working with our US partner carriers for cross boarder shipments
- Other duties as assigned.
- AS400 Experience / will train
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Gmail
