    Company Description BENCHMARK PDM provides maintenance and reliability solutions to the industrial market through measurement tools and training.

    As the Canadian Master distributor for EASY-LASER alignment & measurement systems, BENCHMARK PDM specializes in precision-driven maintenance solutions, machinery alignment systems, and condition monitoring instruments.

    Our expertise and experience serve industries in oil & gas, gas compression, power generation, steel, aluminum, pulp and paper, ship repair and ship building, diesel engine industries and much more.

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Coordinator located in Pickering, ON.

    The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating service activities, maintaining effective communication with customers and internal teams, managing operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

    The Service Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring efficient service delivery and resolving any customer issues that arise.

    Service Coordination, Operations Management, and Customer Service skills
    Excellent organizational and time management skills
    Technical background or familiarity with machinery alignment or industrial maintenance is a plus
