    Make an impact with our Consulting – Human Resources team as a Senior Consultant. This diverse team of professionals develops innovative strategies that make a positive impact on clients' businesses. As a trusted advisor, you'll integrate human capital considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems and processes.

    Responsibilities

  • Propose, plan and deliver consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private and not-for-profit sectors
  • Execute projects related to HR policy and program development, performance management, organizational review and design, talent management, workforce planning and human resource strategy
  • Adhere to project plans and coordinate project logistics with clients and other stakeholders
  • Conduct detailed research and data collection, interviews, focus groups and surveys
  • Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis and consolidate results to provide meaningful conclusions and recommendations
  • Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and develop
  • Review, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondence
  • Develop effective relationships with clients
  • Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary

    • Skills and Experience

  • Post secondary degree in Human Resources Management or other related field
  • CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset
  • 3 to 5 years of human resources experience, ideally in Generalist role
  • Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
