- Driving revenue by meeting and/or exceeding sales quota on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage accounts and deliver against revenue targets
- Meeting leads that are sourced and booked for you by your BDR squad, Marketing & Partnership channels
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers and partners to assist with attaining revenue targets within your named accounts
- Coordinate and strategize with Business Development and Marketing to assist with pipeline generation within your territory
- Building relationships and closing sales with well-known exciting enterprise level businesses (Some of our current clients as an example are Guess, Champion, Therabody, Avon, De'Longhi, Giant Tiger, Home Hardware)
- Forecast and plan monthly for your annual revenue targetsPipeline/Opportunity and Call level management
- Lead the development of compelling POC reviews and business cases in collaboration with technical teams, showing the value of using Noibu to eCommerce teams
- Tracking sales activity in Salesforce
- Effectively use Gong for personal improvement, collaboration and coaching
- 1+ years of experience in an Enterprise sales role at a software or technology company
- 5+ Years of experience in software sales
- Experience managing and closing large, complex sales cycles
- Confident and driven. You're proactive and motivated about reaching out and following up
- Strong result-driven mindset while being able to work as a team
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, and an ability to interface to senior levels of an organization and develop productive C-level relationships
- High emotional intelligence - you enjoy building relationships, you value collaboration, and have a good sense for others motivations
- Understanding of the eCommerce industry and technology is a plus

Noibu is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help us expand our market share. As a member of our fast-growing sales team, you'll have great insight into how the full sales-cycle works, exposure to high profile customers, a strong technical grounding in our product, and lots of mentorship and training.
