    Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized and approved program.
    ~15 years of professional cost engineering experience.
    ~ Solid experience in MS Office and SAP to perform cost analysis.
    ~ Advanced experience in project management skills related to cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, and reconciliation.
    ~ Aware of significant developments in cost engineering by reviewing technical literature, contracts with contractors, visits to areas of construction, and attendance at professional technical meetings.

    Provide cost analysis, controls, and report activities for Capital projects.
    Provide input and recommendations for cost engineering requirements relative to project controls.
    Prepare and analyze comparisons of scope, quotes, and cost data between the project forecasts and the budgets.

    Organize, monitor, and control project costs and will define project needs for cost control by contractual requirements, objectives, and Company procedures.

    Ensure that all project commitments are accurately reported and maintain updated final project and expenditure forecasts.
    Proactively advise management when forecasted costs are overrun or underrun compared to the approved budget.
    Use statistical tools to analyze cost metrics and perform risk analysis.
    Prepare and report cost engineering information every month and additional ad-hoc reports as required by Management.

    Provide all cost engineering expertise and coordinate actives as a group leader as required in the preparation of the cost portion of the engineering, procurement, and construction contracts.

    Collect, monitor, analyze, and report all cost information through the Project Manager.
    Review and analyze all claims and Change Orders on project contracts. Participate in the negotiation of project contracts as required.
    Analyze contractors' cost reports and extract required data for management reporting.

    Kingdom Assistance: 90% of expenses with a maximum per child, lesser of 5x monthly base salary or the company max ($48.undergraduate college-age children get 2 round-trip economy air travel tickets; Single/Bachelor Status – 60% of monthly base salary

    3 There could be additional video interviews with hiring managers, which may also contain technical questions that help us assess your familiarity with problem-solving in your given field.
