    Payroll Processing Specialists Freelance Accounting / Finance
    Description
    BeBee Professionals is looking for a Payroll Data Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll data, as well as the maintenance of payroll records.


    The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in payroll processing.

    The candidate should also have a strong understanding of payroll regulations and be proficient in the use of payroll software.


    The successful candidate will be expected to:

    • Process payroll data accurately and in a timely manner
    • Maintain payroll records
    • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations
    • Prepare and submit payroll reports
    • Respond to inquiries from employees regarding payroll
    • Assist with the preparation of payroll budgets
    • Assist with the preparation of payroll tax returns
    • Assist with the preparation of year-end payroll reports
    • Assist with the preparation of payroll audits
    • Assist with the implementation of new payroll systems
