    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and passionate professional to help us achieve our ambitious vision to reimagining MS Care from reactive to proactive and to reach twice as many neuroscience patients twice as fast. As a Strategic Partner you will be responsible for strengthening Key Accounts' relationships, optimizing the MS patient journey and materializing innovation partnership opportunities to impact patients, heath care professionals and the healthcare system at scale.The role reports directly into the Director, Strategic Partnerships and will work closely with the Neuroscience cross-functional team.Permanent position

    About the Role

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strengthening Key Accounts' relationships and overall satisfaction. Further entrenching Novartis as the leader in Neuroscience and MS, creating mutual valuable initiatives and reinforcing the overall partnership offered by Novartis
    • Conduct an in-depth analysis to uncover care gaps, local barriers and key customer needs to drive strategic objectives for the Accounts. The Strategic Partner is at the forefront of customer and patient needs.
    • Growing the business within Neuroscience by optimizing the MS Patient Journey and materializing innovative partnership opportunities and solutions that are at the intersection of patient journey pain points, brand priorities and health systems barriers
    • Design and implement programs at the account level that are scalable geographically.
    • Ensure the successful execution of our Hyper-growth plans (Biomarkers) and deployment of key projects and initiatives across region, getting us closer to reimagining MS Care from reactive to proactive
    • Enhance the impact of TA key priorities and tactics at the accounts by ensuring prioritization and full integration of activities/interventions to the MS strategy
    • Act as Account lead by coordinating field (Commercial, Medical, PSP) and other functions (Brand, V&A, BE&E) to ensure alignment within the account ecosystem on predefined and agreed upon strategies and tactics. Fostering close collaboration, prioritizing and re-aligning the broader team, as needed, for scalable and sustainable impact on patient care.
    • Ensure the creation and execution of optimal engagement plans anchored on a customer-centric and value-added model
    • University degree, health sciences or business administration preferable, Master's Degree or MBA an asset.
    • Minimum of 5 years of related field experience with a strong record of achievements and proven business acumen.
    • Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to define, build and carry forward account strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Account management or project management experience
    • Deep understanding of the Quebec Healthcare system
    • Experience in the Multiple Sclerosis field is an asset
