    LINEHAUL PAYROLL/ ADMIN CLERK

    Midland Transport Limited has become a leader in the transportation industry by providing superior quality service to our customers.

    Our services include LTL, T/L, Courier Services, and Third Party Logistics/ Brokerage which provide the convenience of one-stop shipping.
    Midland Transport is currently seeking a full-time Linehaul Payroll/ Admin Clerk at the Head Office in Dieppe, NB


    Hours of work:
    Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 5 PM)
    2-5 years' professional work experience
    ~ Payroll Certification through the Canadian Payroll Association would be considered an asset
    ~ Experience with ADP is an asset but is not a requirement.
    ~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

    Input, code (various GL) and finalize Courier & Transport Payroll. Process payroll adjustments.
    Audit customer and agency invoices for accuracy, & process po.

    Update and maintain several Cost tracking spreadsheets such as productivity sheet, prelims, Period end accruals, shunt & linehaul credits, dock weight capture.

    Process payroll related remittances.
    Multitude of administrative duties related to Linehaul department.
